Reading Releases Information On Early Voting

Times and locations for early voting for the March 5 presidential primary and town election are now available.

READING, MA — The Super Tuesday presidential primary election in Massachusetts is coming up on March 5. Early voting begins Saturday.

Reading will also hold a town election March 5. A sample ballot for the town election is available here.

The deadline to request a vote by mail ballot is Feb. 27. The last day to register to vote is Feb. 24.

Early voting will be Feb. 24 to March 1 at Reading Town Hall at the following times:

  • Saturday - February 24th - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Monday - February 26th - 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday - February 27th - 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday - February 28th - 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Thursday - February 29th - 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Friday - March 1st - 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Every registered voter can cast a ballot in the presidential primary, depending on which party you pick a ballot for. Here are the candidates:

  • Dean Phillips
  • Joseph Biden
  • Marianne Williamson (withdrawn, still on ballot)

Republican

  • Chris Christie (withdrawn, still on ballot)
  • Ryan Binkley
  • Vivek Ramaswamy (withdrawn, still on ballot)
  • Asa Hutchinson (withdrawn, still on ballot)
  • Donald Trump
  • Ron DeSantis (withdrawn, still on ballot)
  • Nikki Haley

Libertarian
