October 25, 2013, Nashua, NH --- The DAVIS Companies, a full-service, national staffing company, has named Reading resident David Norris as Operations Manager for its Nashua, NH-based division. Norris brings 15 years of staffing industry experience to the company. Before joining DAVIS, he was most recently the Practice Director of Recruiting for Impellam Group N.A. where he was responsible for leading a team of 32 multi-disciplined recruiters on a national scale.
Today, Norris’ focus is to lead a talented and growing group of Account Executives and Technical Recruiters in expanding The DAVIS Companies’ services to both regional and national clients. He oversees the hiring, mentoring and training of the company’s National team, and is responsible for all aspects of operational management for the division based in Nashua.
