Reading's Norma H. Hailey Passes Away

Norma H. (Dickinson) Hailey, a lifelong resident of Reading, died February 18 at the Bear Hill Nursing Center in Stoneham. She was 86 years of age.

Norma was born in Wakefield on October 1, 1932, the daughter of the late Norman L. and Gladys (Rothwell) Dickinson. Norma was a graduate of Reading High School class of 1950. She worked for AT&T as a telephone operator for 43 years, retiring in 1994. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Reading.

Funeral services and burial are private and there are no visiting hours. Arrangements under the direction of the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home, Reading.
