Report Town Issues with New Mobile App

Immediately report potholes, street light problems and trash issues to Reading's local government.

Reading is partnering with community forum SeeClickFix to create an app that would allow residents to report town issues on their cellphones.

The new app, Commonwealth Connect, will give users the chance to immediately notify their local officials of problems like broken street lights and potholes. On the app, users can also see other citizens’ submissions, making issues more transparent.

The town received a grant from Boston’s Community Innovation Challenge Grant Program to fund this new project.
