Rising Stars Productions Seeks Theater Intern

Rising Stars Productions seeks a college student or mature high school junior or senior to serve as a Theater Intern. The intern will serve as Assistant to the Directors and Stage Manager during camp, and as Assistant Stage Manager for the dress rehearsal and final performance. Facility with social media and Microsoft Office suites is a must. Detailed knowledge of stagecraft and/or musical theater repertoire is desirable, but not required. Must be 16 years of age or older.

There are three internship opportunities available:

Rising Stars North Musical Theater Intensive
Dates: June 11-15
Location: Dane St. Church Beverly, MA
Hours: 8:30 am-2:30 pm daily. Final performance Friday, June 9th at 7:30 pm (6:00 pm call)

Rising Stars West
Dates: June 25-29
Location: First Congregational Church, Gardner, MA
Hours: 8:30 am-2:30 pm daily. Final performance Friday, June 29th at 7:00 pm (5:30 pm call)

Rising Stars 7th Annual Camp
Dates: July 23-27
Location: Union Congregational Church, North Reading, MA.
Hours: 8:30 am - 2:30 pm daily. Final performance Friday, July 27 at 7:00 pm. (5:30 pm call)

Applicants may apply for one, two, or all three positions.
Applicants must be 16+.
A valid driver’s license and reliable access to transportation is required.
This is a volunteer position.
