RMLD Offers Info Sessions for New and Experienced Homeowners

March sessions designed to help homeowners learn about their electrical service and RMLD programs.

A release from the Reading Municipal Light Department:

Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) invites customers to learn about their electric service as well as ways to save energy and money at multiple free information sessions to be held at area libraries in March.

Topics include available energy efficiency programs such as rebates and the no-cost home energy assessment; RMLD online tools such as the online Bill Payment System, Online Store, and Customer Rebate Portal; programs such as Solar Choice and Shred the Peak; and energy efficiency tips. Technical staff will also be on hand to provide an overview of the home electrical service configuration covering topics such as ownership and safety.

The schedule is as follows:

Flint Memorial Library, North Reading – Tuesday, March 12, 2019, 7 p.m.
Wilmington Memorial Library – Wednesday, March 13, 2019, 7 p.m.
Reading Public Library – Wednesday, March 20, 2019, 7 p.m.
Lynnfield Library – Wednesday, March 27, 2019, 7 p.m.

These info sessions are a great opportunity for both new and experienced homeowners to learn about their electrical service and RMLD programs. RMLD customers who rent are also welcome!

Light refreshments will be served, and each attendee will receive a complimentary LED light bulb.
