Rockets Take On Winchester, Woburn This Week

October arrives this week, which means the fall sports season is kicking into high gear.

Monday, Sept. 30

• The boys soccer team hosts Woburn High School at 3:45 p.m.
• The Lady Rockets soccer team travels to face Woburn at 5 p.m.

• Reading's field hockey team welcomes Woburn to town at 3:30 p.m.
• The boys and girls cross country teams host a 3:30 p.m. home meet.

• Boys varsity golf travels to face Belmont with a 3:30 p.m. tee time.
• The girls volleyball team hits the road in Winchester at 4 p.m.

• Reading's girls soccer team holds a home tile on the pitch at 3:45 p.m. against Watertown.
• The boys soccer team, meanwhile, travels to Watertown High School at 6:30 p.m.

• The field hockey team plays at 3:30 p.m. on the road in Watertown.
• Girls varsity swimming hits the pool at 4 p.m. in Belmont.
• The volleyball team plays on its home floor at 5:30 p.m.

• In the first of two straight weeks of Saturday afternoon games, the Reading High School football team travels to Winchester at 2:30 p.m.
