SEX OFFENDER LIST: Where Do Reading's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?
Level 3 sex offenders pose a 'high risk' to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police.

Massachusetts has three classification levels for sex offenders, Level 3 being for the most severe offenders.
Level 2 and 3 sex offenders pose a moderate or high risk of reoffense, respectively, according to the state.

For both levels, “the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a public safety interest is served by public availability of registration information,” according to the state.
