The Shred - Challenge III ended on June 1, 2019 with 39 members losing 496.9 lbs and 151.2% Body Fat in 8 weeks.

A successful weight loss program will preserve as much muscle as possible and possibly gain some, while at the same time lose as much body fat as possible. Your body fat % is a key indicator of your success, not the scale. Muscle is vital to your success for losing fat. The more muscle you have the better you metabolism fat.

Too many times a successful weight loss program will be sabotaged because of a meaningless number on a scale. The scale should be a tool to measure if you are moving in the right direction?

The Shred - Challenges are designed to lose body fat while maintaining if not building lean muscle. It is 8 weeks long and you have full access to all the certified personal trainers and nutritional guidance ($200 per person value), weekly check ins and additional training from your team captain.
