Shred Challenge IV and Builk Challenge I - Registration Open

8 Week Body Fat Loss Challenge

The Shred is ON! Registration is open for both the The Shred- Challenge IV and The Bulk Challenge at Fitness Within.

The Shred is an 8 week body fat loss challenge - not weight loss. You will receive nutritional guidance and additional cardio programs over and beyond the service you have joined. After the 8 weeks you have a choice to continue on the shred program and if necessary we can adjust it so it is more sustainable, create a maintenance plan or help you reverse out of the program so you do not gain the weight back right away. There are weekly weight check-ins to make sure you are on track, an app where you can ask questions and receive motivation from your fellow team members and the trainers. You must on one of their memberships to participate (personal training, small group training or bootcamps).


Shred Challenge III ended with 39 members losing over 150% body fat and almost 500lbs in 8 weeks.

The Bulk Challenge I is an 8 week muscle building program. The challenge is designed to help build proportionate lean muscle mass while minimizing fat gains that come along with traditional bulking. This is a weight lifting program, so you must join one their small group or personal training memberships to participate.
