At 11:08 a.m., someone scratched a car with a snow shovel on Washington Street.

At 1:42 p.m., a man who was possibly drunk refused to leave a restaurant on Haven Street.

At 5:14 p.m., there was a wire down across the road on West Street.

At 5:53 p.m., a parked car was struck on Prescott Street.Snow
