Still Time to Participate in RMLD’s “Calendars for Cans” Drive
You can make a non-perishable food donation when picking up your historical calendar.

A release from the Reading Municipal Light Department:
Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) is currently holding a “Calendars for Cans” Food Drive in conjunction with the distribution of its annual historical calendar. The response has been tremendous so far, and RMLD would like to thank customers who have opted to make a non-perishable food donation when picking up their historical calendar. For those who would still like to participate, non-perishable food is being collected at the following calendar pickup locations through Dec. 21 (please check their hours before visiting):
Reading: RMLD Office, Reading Town Hall, Reading Public Library, Pleasant Street Center

Wilmington: Wilmington Town Hall, Wilmington Memorial Library, Buzzell Senior Center, Lucci’s Supermarket

Donations will benefit the Reading Food Pantry, the North Reading Food Pantry, the Wilmington Community Fund Food Pantry, and Good Hope Foods of Lynnfield. Calendars are available while supplies last. Food donations are appreciated but not required to pick up a calendar. For
