Reading’s Team Unnatural Selection recently completed their 4th Reach the Beach Relay running road race from Bretton Woods, NH to Hampton Beach, NH.

Each of the 12 teammates ran 3 legs (ranging from 2.0 to 10.9 miles) of the race to complete the 201 mile race.  The team placed 11th in their category and 89th overall.

The race started at 10:30am on Friday September 18th and Unnatural Selection finished 28 hours 27 minutes later on Saturday the 19th.  The team embraced the running with daytime highs well into the 80’s and a more comfortable mid 50’s during the night runs, and again the heat on Saturday.  Run, Rest, Repeat was the mantra.
