Third Grader is Barrows School Principal of the Day

Isabelle Cooper kept a busy schedule during her day in charge.

Reading, MA - Third grade student Isabelle Cooper was the Barrows Principal of the Day on Thursday, February 25.

Principal Cooper had a full agenda that included visiting classrooms as a guest reader and supporting students during Phonics and Science instruction.

Principal Cooper also led the morning announcements, had friends join her in her office for lunch, supported students and staff at recess, and more.

During her day she also surveyed students about their impressions about the school and granted all classes a “Homework Free” day to be given in the next 2 weeks. Isabelle won her Principal of the Day opportunity through a Barrows PTO raffle.
