Thomas Ryan Passes Away

Thomas J. Ryan of Reading passed away Feb. 27th. He was 86.

He was a former Sales Representative, Parke-Davis & Co.; Honorary Life Member Reading Council #1031 Knights of Columbus; 40-year member, Town Meeting, Reading, MA; former chairman, Reading Board of Assessors.

Beloved husband of the late Jeannine C. (DeRoeck). Devoted father of Thomas J. and Collette Ryan of NH, Donna J. Ryan of NH and Deborah J. Kiernan and her husband Kevin of Andover. Loving grandfather of Kaitlyn J. Kiernan of Andover. Son of the late Margaret A. and James G. Ryan of Quincy. Brother of the late James A. Ryan of Quincy, Mary Minyard of NM, the late Dorothy Gaston of Billerica, and the late Robert K. Ryan of Quincy.

Funeral from the Funeral Home on Monday, March 5th at 9:30 am. Funeral Mass in St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill St., Reading at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends may visit at the Funeral Home Sunday 2-6 pm. Interment at Charles Lawn Cemetery, Reading.
