Moulton has already been running an ad that takes aim at Tierney and Congress. The ad has been bashed by some Democratic leaders.
The Democratic primary is on Sept. 9. If Tierney is victorious in September, he is slated for a rematch with Tisei, who the Salem Democrat narrowly beat two years ago.
