Too Hot For Donations

The heat has taken its toll on the Goodwill Donation Center at the Home Goods on Main Street.

Due to the high temperatures, the attended donation center has been closed for the day.

Attended donation centers in North Andover, Chelmsford, Peabody, and Swampscott have also been closed because of the heat.

Goodwill Industries has a number of attended and unattended donation centers throughout the state that support its mission to help people with barriers to employment find work.

Donations directly support job training, career services, and youth programs.
