Deadline For Doing Selectmen's Override Survey is Sept. 5

Go online and tell Reading Selectmen why you voted yes, or no, on 2016 override.

The Board of Selectmen issued a fact finding survey in order to collect information to potentially draft a ballot question calling for a Proposition 2½ Override. A link to the survey can be found here as well as on the Town’s website and social media pages. Have you taken a few minutes to fill it out? Better hurry, because Reading announced that the survey will close Sept. 5 at 7 p.m.

Paper copies are also available at the Reading Memorial Library, Pleasant Street Center and Town Hall later this week. The Board encourages all Reading stakeholders to take the survey and provide feedback.

The survey discussion has previously been reported by Patch in July.
