The Climate Advisory Committee (CAC), in coordination with Town staff, the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC), Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD), and NORESCO, will be hosting a Green Communities Forum to get community feedback on a series of performance contracting measures that can help the Town achieve 20% reduction in energy use over the next 5 years in furtherance of the development of the Town’s Energy Reduction Plan.
