UPDATE: Owner Reconnected with German Shepherd
Reading Police say the dog was found on Haverhill Street.
A female German Shepherd that was found on April 12, 2015, has been reunited with its owner, according to the Reading Police Department.
The dog was in the area of Haverhill Street and Rustic Street wearing electric fence collar, according to police.
