Vote NO and for Brook W. Chipman for Town Meeting, Precinct 7

Writer asks Reading voters to vote NO on the override on April 3, and to write him in for Town Meeting Member in Precinct 7.

My efforts as an independent citizen of Reading to defeat the override on April 3 has inspired me to conduct a write-in campaign to be a Town Meeting Member in Precinct 7.

Three of the eight spots for Town Meeting Members in Precinct 7 are available for write-in candidates. I respectfully ask the voters of Precinct 7 to write me - Brook W. Chipman - in on the ballot. There will be a space to do so under the five candidates printed on the ballot.

To help the election workers process your write-in, please carefully print my name - Brook W. Chipman - then completely fill in the oval to the right. If you have a question on April 3 about how to do a write-in, please ask the election workers for assistance.

If I am successful with this write-in effort, I will strive to fairly serve all the voters of Precinct 7. Whether the override passes of not, I believe it will be critical for Reading to have a voice for smaller, responsible government at Town Meeting.
