
June 12, 2018 – READING, Mass. – Church of the Good Shepherd announced today that Mary Muir, M.Ed., will lead wellness and healing sessions each Thursday from 10:00 am until 12 Noon at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Reading.
The program, “A Whole Person Approach to Wellness and Healing," will be held in small group settings and will provide participants a special opportunity to make some time each week to meet and explore a variety of self-care and relaxation tools to reduce today’s stress, as well as to find new insights and life-balancing tools for improved mental well-being. Individuals will have opportunity to learn, reflect, and share stories and experiences in a comfortable, affirming atmosphere.
Muir has over 30-years of experience in training, life change, and transition coaching mindfulness meditation and stress management.
