The Annual Winter Parking Ban in Reading will be in effect starting Nov. 2. All residents are reminded that no vehicles may be parked on any street or in any municipally owned parking lot between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Money fines will be strictly enforced. The ban is usually lifted per order of the police chief in April (weather permitting).
