Roslindale Man Arrested in Concord, New Hampshire after Accident

Massachusetts man faces a slew of charges after an accident in December.

A Roslindale, Massachusetts, man was arrested recently on a number of charges after an accident on Loudon Road.

Rasim Mueen, 41, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Jan. 7, and charged with conduct after an accident, driving after revocation or suspension, following too closely, and unregistered vehicle.

According to a Concord Police arrest report, the vehicles involved in an accident were a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe and a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. The accident was at the Loudon Road intersection with the northbound Exit 14 offramp of I-93 at 2:15 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2012.

A Goffstown man, who was a stranger to Mueen, according to the report, was the driver of the other vehicle.

The officer wrote that Mueen turned himself into police at the station headquarters after learning about the warrant. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Feb. 11.
