UPDATED: 11 Salem Residents Complete Boston Marathon

A total of 11 Salem residents completed the Boston Marathon on Monday.

The fastest male finisher from the Witch City was Joshua Cotter, 33, who clocked in at 2:56:58.

Katie E. Sinnott, 34, was the fastest female runner from Salem with a time of 3:27:11.

UPDATE: Gregory Esbitt, 37, of Salem also completed the Boston Marathon. His official time was 3:11:52. He finished 3,325th overall and placed 1,976th in his division. Congratulations Gregory and all runners.
