14 Weekend Arrests for the Salem Police
The following information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The made the following arrests in the Witch City on Aug. 5, 6 and 7.
Friday, Aug. 5
- Wesley Paul Dickenson, 41, of 61 Park St., in Lynn, was arrested on charges of being a fugitive from justice in Texas, operating a motor vehicle without being licensed and speeding.
- Emmanuel Mackendy, 28, of 138 Franklin St., in Lynn, was arrested on charges of speeding, a red light or stop sign violation, operating a motor vehicle with negligence to endanger, failure to stop for police, operating with a license suspension (subsequent offense) and a marked lanes violation.
- Thomas Charles Toye, 29, of 14 Mechanics St., in Beverly, was arrested on a warrant.
- Sean Michael Knor, 20, of 7 Mead Ct., was arrested on a warrant.
- Diane Little, 46, of 29 Hancock St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with defective equipment, illegal possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense) and operating a motor vehicle without being licensed.
- Michael C. Sharib, 24, of 37 Cabot St., was arrested on a warrant.
Saturday, Aug. 6
- Brian P. Deyoung, 44, of 10 Howard St., was arrested on a charge of larceny of property over $250.
- Richard Kuchinsky, 41, of 5 Rollins St., in Concord, N.H., was arrested on a charge of larceny of property over $250.
- Chad Joseph Leblanc, 32, of 2 Banks Pl., in Melrose, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class B substance and illegal possession of a Class C substance.
- Jessica D. Perella, 25, of 23 Fayette St., in Concord, N.H., was arrested on a charge of larceny of property over $250.
- John Anthony Velez-Ramos, 21, of 19 Richard St., in Quincy, was arrested on charges of larceny of property over $250 and a warrant.

- Jonathan Jackson, 25, 18 Chestnut Ave., in Lynn, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery.
- Alissa Christine Moller, 21, of 11 Cook St., in Billerica, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery by a dangerous weapon.
- Kathy Velez, 20, of 375 Main St., in Haverhill, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
