2 Guns Seized In Arrests Of Peabody, Salem Men: Police
A loaded 9mm handgun and 9mm pistol were seized in two arrests over a two-day period this week.

SALEM, MA — Salem police seize two handguns during a pair of arrests this week.
Police said over the two-day period, in two unrelated incidents, they found a Peabody resident in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun and three Salem men in illegal possession of a 9mm pistol.
Police said the first arrest came on Sunday when a 30-year-old Peabody was found in possession with the loaded handgun and a "quantity of cocaine packaged for street sales."

the next day, police said a routine traffic stop led to the arrest of three Salem men in illegal possession of the pistol.
Police did not release the name of the suspects.
