PEABODY, MA — The Northshore Mall in Peabody is adding three restaurant concepts and an expanded sports merchandise store this summer.
Fogo de Chão, Dave's Hot Chicken, Shake Shack and Lids Locker Room are all expected to arrive in the coming weeks.
"We are thrilled to welcome these new offerings to our dynamic lineup at Northshore Mall," said Alexandra Meadus-Pitcher, Director of Marketing at Northshore Mall. "We're bringing in a mix of brands that spans elevated dining, fast-casual favorites, and fan-focused retail, giving guests more reasons than ever to visit, stay longer, and truly enjoy everything the center has to offer.
"We are looking forward to bringing these exciting brands to the North Shore community."
Fogo de Chão is a full-service Brazilian steakhouse targeting an August opening at the mall. The restaurant will offer its churrascaria experience in rodízio style, with servers carving meats tableside from large skewers.
The Peabody location will be the brand's third in the Boston area, joining existing locations at Burlington Mall and in Boston.
The Fogo de Chão space will include dedicated social gathering areas in the bar and dining room.
Dave’s Hot Chicken is projected to open in mid-August on the Promenade, next to Amigo’s Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar. The fast-casual chain is known for Nashville-style hot chicken, including tenders, sliders and customizable heat levels.
Shake Shack is also planned for the Promenade, next to Immersive Gamebox, with a late summer opening.
Shake Shack will bring its menu of burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard and shakes to the property. The company has grown to more than 660 locations worldwide since it was founded in 2004, according to the announcement.
The retail addition is Lids Locker Room. The reimagined store is projected to be completed by mid-August on the main level, next to GNC. The store will carry team gear including bobbleheads, koozies, house flags and jewelry.
