Joseph Michael Fronduto, 23, of 3 Hart Street, #1 in Wakefield was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Maria B. Delima, 47, of 3 North Central Street in Peabody was arrested and charged with willfully obstructing an emergency vehicle and the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
