Arrests: Assault and Battery; Shoplifting

Friday, Nov. 27

Joseph Michael Fronduto, 23, of 3 Hart Street, #1 in Wakefield was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, Nov. 28

Adam E. Cochrane, 27, homeless of Salem was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Maria B. Delima, 47, of 3 North Central Street in Peabody was arrested and charged with willfully obstructing an emergency vehicle and the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Edward Freni, 42, of 14 Taylor Street in Malden was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Marie J. Needs, 59, of 11 Church Street, #419 in Salem was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Zulma Torres, 47, homeless of Salem was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
