Thursday, Nov. 19
Jayson Joel Melendez, 26, of 30 Courtney Drive in Beverly was arrested on a warrant and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
Charles Sloan Swayze, 22, of 2 Blossom Lane in Manchester was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, malicious destruction of property over $250, and disorderly conduct.

David H. Deinstadt, 38, of 266 Newbury Street in Peabody was arrested on a warrant.
