Jilenni Diaz, 29, of 7 Rose Street in Haverhill was arrested and charged with violating a harassment protection order.

Darlene Debra Nelson, 36, of 137 Rainbow Terrace in Salem was arrested and charged with the malicious destruction of property over $250, breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony, possession of burglarious instruments, and resisting arrest.
Javier Pimental, 20, of 77 Green Street in Lynn was arrested on a warrant.

Ramon Rodriguez, 43, of 73 School Street in Salem was arrested on a warrant.
Brad M. West, 19, of 99 North Street in Salem was arrested and charged with the improper use of a credit card under $250, receiving a stolen credit card, identity fraud, and uttering a promissory note that was falsely endorsed.
