Arrests: Drug Possession and Trafficking

Richard Jose Cano-Maldonado, 25 of 12 Pope Street in Salem was arrested on a warrant.

Terence D. Carter, 24, of 48 Pond Street in Beverly was arrested on a warrant.

Anthony Cervera, 19, of 12 Pope Street in Salem was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium, and a drug violation near a school.

James R. Legault, 27, homeless of Lynn was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium, and a drug violation near a school.

Maxima Lynn Parkinson, 31, of 12 Pope Street in Salem was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium, and a drug violation near a school.

Kessandra Anna-Marie Sanabia, 26, of 2739A Kingbridge Terrace, #1 in the Bronx, NY was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium, and a drug violation near a school.
