Friday, Dec. 18
Luis J. Algarin, 40, of 2 Holly Street in Salem was arrested and charged with speeding in violation of a special regulation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Stephanie L. Nieves, 34, of 29 Hancock Street in Salem was arrested and charged with larceny under $250, receiving stolen property over $250, attempting to commit a crime, and fugitive from justice on a court warrant.

Ramon A. Quinones, 37, of 33D First Street in Salem was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug and trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium.

Peter William Hutchinson, 35, of 100 Washington Street in Salem was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
Sunday, Dec. 20
John R. Aia Jr., 45, of 43 Boston Street in Salem was arrested and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Jendira Arias Caba, 20, of 11 Salem Street in Salem was arrested and charged with disorderly person.
Georgios Keskindas, 33, of 82 Judge Road in Lynn was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
Isaac Marte, 27, of 108 Boston Street in Salem was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace, marked lanes violation, leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
