Monday, Jan. 25
Tyla Monteiro, 26, of 103 Empire Street in Lynn was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, resisting arrest, giving a false name or social security number on arrest, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations.
Daniel Nason, 59, of 20 Bates Park Avenue in Beverly was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

John Uberti, 49, of 507 Humphrey Street in Swampscott was arrested on a warrant.
