Arrests: Now I Wanna Sniff Some Glue; Indecent Exposure

Sunday, Dec. 20
Carlos Manuel Beltran, 38, of 56 Margin Street in Salem was arrested and charged with inhaling glue or a toxic substance, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, operating under the influence of drugs, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Jendira Arias Caba, 20, of 11 Salem Street in Salem was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

Miran Mustafa Fathalla, 18, of 31 Salem Street in Salem was arrested on a warrant.
