Arrests: OUI; Assault; Drinking

Friday, Nov. 20

Jansel Batista, 23, of 1000 Loring Avenue, C94 in Salem was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Donald L. Germain, 44, homeless of Salem was arrested and charged with violating the city ordinance for drinking alcoholic beverages in public.

Samir Murkic, 26, of 3 Mason Street, #3 in Salem was arrested and charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and OUI liquor, second offense.

David William Pierce, Jr., 48, of the the streets of Salem was arrested and charged with violating the city ordinance for drinking alcoholic beverages in public.

Saturday, Nov. 21

Robert Richard Breen, 48, of 3 Ravenna Avenue in Salem was arrested and charged with the malicious destruction of property under $250 and larceny over $250.

Michael A. Solano, 23, homeless of Peabody, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug.

Heather Lynn Wilson, 21, of 46 Forrester St. in Salem was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.

Sunday, Nov. 22

Jennifer A. Pena, 29, of 62 Aborn Street in Peabody was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.
