Arrests: OUI; Assault; Shoplifting

Saturday, Jan. 30

Michael P. Carr, 34, of 51 Butler Street in Salem was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member and witness intimidation.

Mark D. Gilbert, 55, of 173 Lafayette Street in Salem was arrested and charged with violating a harassment prevention order, intimidating a witness, and threats to commit a crime.

Laura F. McCallum, 30, of 12 Sheehan Terrace in Rockport was arrested and charged with shoplifting and possession of a class B drug.

Luis Manuel Rodriguez, 32, of 57 Flint Street in Lynn was arrested and charged with speeding and operating under the influence of liquor.

Jennifer A. Schoch, 34, of 24 Arthur Street in Salem was arrested and charged with shoplifting, unlawful possession of a fraudulent sales receipt, possession of a class B drug, and on a warrant.

Sunday, Jan. 31

Chad James Jablonski, 21, homeless of Salem was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, threats to commit a crime, possession of a class B drug and possession of a class E drug.
