Miguela Cuevas, 30, of 160 Lafayette Street in Salem was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense.
Nicholas Pascal Fusco, 20, of 37 Roslyn Street in Lynn was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
