Yibely Almonte, 18, of 117 Congress Street in Salem was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Justin W. Hutchinson, 27, of 11 Roslyn Street in Salem was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Trevor J. Yates, 19, of 48 Lake Shore Drive in Westford was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, breaking and entering into a vehicle in the nighttime to commit a felony, and larceny under $250.
