Beverly, Salem Residents Arrested on Heroin Charges
The following information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The made the following arrests on Monday and Tuesday.
Sunday, Aug. 7
- Alissa Chistine Moller, 21, of 11 Cook St., in Billerica, was arrested on a charge of assault by a dangerous weapon.
- George Peguero, 42, of 9 Colchester St., in Readville, was arrested on charges of defective equipment, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, giving a false name to a police officer and false motor vehicle documents.
- Kathy Velez, 20, of 375 Main St., in Haverhill, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.
Monday, Aug. 8
- Delia Batistini, 38, of 13 Prince St. Pl., was arrested on charges of driving with a revoked certificate and driving with defective equipment.
- Joshua Kalloger, 26, of 15 Baker St., in Lynn, was arrested on a charge of larceny of property over $250.
- Amy M. Laroque, 27, of 14 Pingree St., in Salem, was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a Class A substance (heroin).
- Daniel Alberto Velazquez, 32, of 62 Water St., in Beverly, was arrested on charges of distribution of a Class A substance and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone (heroin).
