A guided meditation to open our awareness and hone our intention opens the workshop, followed by exercises designed to help us develop a personal goal. Students will receive a crystal guide, and a short guided practice will be shared to help them learn the intuitive gifts of choosing crystals that serve them. Students will be asked to create an intention to place under their crystal Grids.
A crystal grid is a group of crystals placed in a specific pattern to help amplify your intentions. Often, crystals in a crystal grid are chosen for specific purposes, such as stones associated with love or self-love to enhance relationships. Crystals can also be used to find clarity when setting an intention around healing or grief, or crystals linked to prosperity to empower abundance.
We'll finish with meditation. To relax the body and mind. In this state, we create space for healing on many levels and find our center, where we manifest our dreams.
