Cat of the day.

Skippy will make your heart skip a beat!

Skippy is a handsome 6 year old Domestic Shorthair male. Skippy had a rough life until he came to our shelter. He was left outside and then was hit by a car. He had to have his tail amputated after the accident. From here he went into a nice foster home where he has been enjoying his days. His foster mom loves him, but hopes he finds a home soon so she can foster more cats. Skippy says, "I am looking for a quiet home where I can play and explore. Even though I am an adult I still have plenty of kitten energy and enjoy zooming about. I also love playing with toys. I am super friendly and affectionate and am really good at reading moods and will snuggle up to make you smile. I love being petted and will curl on with my head on your arm as I drift off to sleep. I do prefer to be your one and only please, because other cats have picked on me in the past." If you would like to adopt Skippy, please call the Northeast Animal Shelter @ 978-745-9888 and speak with an Adoption Counselor. They will be happy to set up a meet and greet. For all other pets, visiting hours are Monday-Friday 10-8 and weekends 10-6. You can find more information on their website @ www.neas.org
