Cat of the week.

8 year old Mooncake is a sweet, affectionate and friendly senior citizen. At the age of 8, Mooncake is unable to tell us what happened to her, but she can tell us that she used to belong with someone. Mooncake is very much overweight, but don't let her 25 LBS. fool you. She can still jump up and off of chairs and couches. Mooncake is an even mannered gal and she enjoys being brushed, following the laser lights around and being patted. She does not care too much for carriers, but we imagine these are uncomfortable to her because of her size. Mooncake is up to date with vaccines and has been spayed and microchipped.

If you may be interested in meeting to adopt Mooncake, you can visit her at the Northeast Animal Shelter located in Salem, MA. Visiting hours are Monday-Friday 10-8 and weekends 10-6.
