Cat of the week.

Older special boy needs forever home

8 year old Sam is looking for a forever home. He is friendly, affectionate and always comes over to be pat. His favorite spot is around the neck. Sam also loves to chase toy mice around and has a care free attitude and a happy disposition. Offer him treats and he will never turn them down. If he sees you with another cat, will cry out as if saying "what about me?" Sam is up to date with vaccines and has been neutered and is ready to join a loving home.

Sam does have a special need. He is FIV positive, but that does not slow him down. He is expected to live a normal full life and can be in a home with other cats.

If you are interested in meeting to potentially adopt Sam, you can meet him at the Northeast Animal Shelter, located in Salem, MA. Visiting hours are Monday through Friday 10-8 and weekends 10-6. Sam is also available for the senior cat for senior lap program.
