Dayton Invitational Colorguard Friends and Family Night

Calling all colorguard fans young & old! Come support the NESBA color guards traveling to Winter Guard International (WGI) Championships this year! Featured groups in addition to Salem High School are Mansfield High School, St. Ann’s and Blessed Sacrament’s Open and World Class color guards.

What is winter guard? Winter guard is the sport of indoor color guard. Modern color guard is a combination of the use of flags, sabers, mock rifles, and other equipment, as well as dance and other interpretive movement. Color guards can be found in high schools, middle schools, some universities, and also some independent organizations some of which are related to drum corps.

Suggestion donation is $5.00 to benefit all of the color guards going to the WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio. There will also be a small concession stand and a 50/50 raffle. There will be no judges at this performance, just groups watching & supporting each other before the big event in Dayton, Ohio!
