Caesar had a rough start in life. He was born in South Carolina, was rescued and came to the Northeast Animal Shelter where he is now ready to find his forever home and family. Caesar is a 1 year old Lab Mix. He is UTD and has been neutered. He is playful, friendly and social. He is also eager to please. He enjoys rough housing with other dogs and will relax nicely after playing. Caesar has been at his “Inn Between” for one month now. He is a staff favorite and often over looked.
