Dog of the day

2 year old Chocolate traveled from Georgia while very pregnant. The day she arrived she began to give birth. She gave birth to one live puppy and in a few days she began to take care of 2 more from another dog. She has been spayed and is UTD. She is a shy, but sweet little dachshund and now that her puppies have been adopted she begins her journey to find a forever home. If you would like to meet Chocolate, you can visit her at the Northeast Animal Shelter located at 347 Highland Ave. in Salem, MA. Visiting Hours are Mon.-Fri. 10-8 and weekends 10-6.
