5 year old Baxter is looking for a forever home. He is up-to-date with vaccines and has been neutered. He is also a Chihuahua through and through! Baxter has lots of spunk, he enjoys meeting people and going for walks about town. He has been through basic manners classes and recently became a lap dog. Baxter does like to talk to everyone he meets while here at the Northeast Animal Shelter located in Salem, MA. He also has a terrific smile!
