Dog of the week.

1 year old Zeus is looking for love.

1 year old Zeus is a male Mastiff Mix. He was adopted when he was a puppy, received no training and was let loose. He was alone on the streets for almost a month before being brought here. Zeus often jumps up, will grab the leash or even a jacket. Since adding a harness he has done better. Our behavior specialist has been working with him and has set up a behavior modification plan with which he shows continuous improvement. Zeus loves to run zoomies and play fetch in the yard. He also plays well with others. Zeus is up to date with vaccines and has been neutered.

If you are interested in meeting Zeus and thinking about adopting him, come on in. Visiting hours are Monday through Friday 10-8 and weekends 10 through 6. Dot our behaviorist will also meet with potential adopters to give them some pointers as to how to continue working with Zeus.

You can call 978-745-9888 to ask for more information. Also, check the shelter website @www.neas.org for more information.
