Domingo Dominguez re-joins the race for Councilor At-Large

SALEM MA - - Flashback to a year ago, Dominguez was running for office after a 10-year hiatus. Fast forward to the present, with the attitude of a resilient fighter, Domingo was entering the ring again, formally entering the race as a candidate for Councilor At- Large in Salem.

Dominguez announced his candidacy, live on Facebook last night to all his friends and family. After a tough loss, last campaign season, Domingo is not ready to give up. With the unwavering support of his family and friends, Dominguez is more than ready to serve the city he calls home. In his video debut, he spoke mainly of inspiring others and being a voice for the community.

“In announcing my candidacy once again, I hope to accomplish many things. One, I hope to inspire others to get right back up when they fail. Two, I hope to open up the lines of communication with all of you, I want to learn what you want or need from your Salem, and I want you to learn who I am and what I have to offer, my main goal is to be your voice”

Election for city council will be held November 2017. Dominguez hopes to mobilize one of your votes to fill a seat as Councilor At-Large.

Domingo Dominguez resides in Salem with his family. A graduate from Lee University he received his B.A in Business Administration. He is an Executive Officer of the South Salem Neighborhood association, former president of the North Shore Latino Business Association, and former board member for the Salem Harbor CDC and Salem YMCA.
